it won't fit. obx and the wastegate adapter with the turbo pushes it to far out and it g into the radiotor. i am using an obx. i cut a hole over port one and weld the flange that comes with the wastegate. mine is still sitting in my garage

well looks like ill be running internal wastegate for a while

and it probaby is smaller, im not going for a whole lot of power here.  Its a garrett t3 .48 turbine .42 compressor from a saab

You aren't going to need to worry about the intercooler getting cold air.  It's now blocking your radiator.  I would worry about directing air to it.  Other than that, it's looking pretty good man.  Keep with the updating.

its a tube & fin so it shouldnt block airflow too much, plus the car runs really cold all the time

please beef up the weld on the bung!

I can see some porosity too, which is bad. It can, and likely will leak through the porosity. Just use a dremel and clean it up, and hit it again with thicker filler and slightly more amps, and drag the puddle up the pipe and down into the pan.

I hope thats a good explanation.

I'm kinda amazed you were able to weld to that tinfoil the manifold is made out of...haha

Looks good though, glad to see a car you've had for so long finally getting some good bits.

haha, yeah its good to have some time/money to put into it finally

the manifold is alot thicker than their header(s), and surprisingly easy to weld
